- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders dispatch on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
- Other states in India: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Yaash Creation is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by customers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We accept online payments only.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, except in the following situations:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product received
- Missing item in the package
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number
- Provide clear photos and an 360 degree unboxing video as proof
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
